New promotions as Whickham Dental Practice looks to the future

Whickham Dental Practice has announced a round of promotions as it reinforces its reputation as a leading provider of dental services.

As part of its strategic growth plans, Whickham Dental Practice has promoted dental nurse Louise Carter to Head Nurse and Colette Meller to Head Receptionist.

Experienced dental nurse and local resident, Louise has been with the family practice for 17 years, working alongside Associate Dentist Paul Stott. As part of the practice’s ongoing commitment to providing high levels of patient care, Louise will manage the team of seven nurses, oversee infection prevention control procedures and ensure product availability at the practice to ensure consistent delivery of all services.

Having joined the practice in 2016 as a receptionist, Colette has seen her role expand to include managing the reception team and overseeing internal communications. Liaising with Clinical Practice Manager Amanda Cain, Colette will ensure that patient service remains a priority as the practice looks to expand.

Established over 50 years ago, the Whickham-based practice has reacted positively to fast-changing consumer demands for treatments and aesthetic solutions.
