Macmillan Coffee Morning

It’s that time of year when many Britons rolled up their sleeves, donned an apron and got their food mixers out.

No we’re not talking about the Grand Final of TV’s beloved Great British Bake Off but in fact the world’s biggest coffee morning for Macmillan Cancer Care.

As you all know we love helping a good cause and jump at any opportunity to take part in events for charity.

Some baked, some bought and others just simply ate, but in the end it helped us to raise more than £150 for Macmillan. We couldn’t have done this without the help of all of you who came in and bought one of our lovely creations.

For those of you who did, we hope you remembered to brush correctly that evening!

Thanks again and we look forward to baking away next year……….. Well some of us do!
