I registered with Whickham Dental Practice yesterday on recommendation by my daughter and son-in-law who are registered patients. I was extremely impressed by the reception staff who made the registration process very clear and simple. There was an appointment available for an initial assessment by dentist Paul who was extremely organised and professional as was his dental assistant Mary.

Emergency appointment
Phoned up for an emergency appointment and got one the same afternoon. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. Paul the dentist took so much time and effort into finding out the problem and although he couldn’t fix it that day I was able to get an other appointment some after.

Repair of chipped tooth

Paul explained the treatment to me really well and reassured me throughout the procedure in a calm and friendly way. I was extremely pleased with the results which exceeded my expectations. You can’t see the chip at all and it was repaired quickly and painlessly.

Gentle and caring

Paul is so gentle and caring taking any anxiety away.
