Thank You You For Your Feedback

Over the past few months we have invited our Patients to give us feedback via e-mail. To us it is important that we know what you think of the Practice and what you feel will help to improve the Practice.

This blog is written to thank you for the feedback we have received. It has given us some great ideas. It’s not entirely exciting news but we wanted to tell you what we have been up to and what you can expect to see when you next visit the Practice.

I’m sure you will all be glad to know that we have an upstairs toilet, fully functional and free to use again. We closed the upstairs toilet towards the back end of last summer. Although it was functional and could be used we felt that it let the Practice down. It was not fitting as to what you should expect from us – so the decision was taken to close it until we could decide what to do with it.

The great news is that this facility has now been totally transformed and is now a Tooth Brushing Station. So if you’re in a rush and you don’t get the chance to brush your teeth before your visit, don’t worry we now have somewhere fantastic that you can brush them before you see the Dentist or Hygienist. The great thing about being a dentist is that we have toothbrushes and toothpaste that can be used too!

We decided to create a Tooth Brushing Station to link in with our Strong Teeth Club. This club is designed to help children improve their oral hygiene. So Parents if you need a space with a mirror to help show your children how to brush your teeth properly, please, please, please take advantage of this next time you’re in the Practice.

If you’re a big kid at heart then also jump in and make use of it.

The next update we made last week was opening an upstairs toilet. This is now located upstairs next to the hygienist’s room. The floor and walls have been tiled, a new sink and toilet installed and painted. It now means if you are in the waiting room upstairs you can go to the loo without having to come to the downstairs reception area.

Once again thank you for your continued support and feedback.
